    Next-Gen Entrepreneurs:

    A Leadership Evaluation Forum for Emerging Innovators

    Where Vision Meets Leadership

    Shaping the Future of Global Innovation

    Presented by The Association for the Protection of Asian Women in America in collaboration with Women Empowerment & Leadership Alliance, this exclusive forum brings together a distinguished network of emerging entrepreneurs, investors, and global leaders to foster innovation, leadership, and cross-industry collaboration.

    Designed to champion and accelerate collegiate and youth entrepreneurship, the forum brought together nearly 100 outstanding young founders, industry professionals, and community leaders from across the New York metropolitan area. The highlight of the event featured live pitches from five cutting-edge startups spanning artificial intelligence, lifestyle retail, wellness, and digital media, with founders primarily hailing from elite institutions such as New York University (NYU) and Columbia University.

    The event featured a distinguished judging panel of preeminent academic and industry experts:

    Dr. Fang Miao, Global Executive Coach, Expert in Executive Decision Making, and Pioneer in Human Capital Development;

    Prof. Panos Ipeirotis, Professor of Technology and Business at NYU Stern School of Business, Expert in AI, Data-Driven Business & Platform Economics.

    Providing rigorous, high-level evaluations, the judges offered meticulous, strategic feedback on business models, scalability, AI integration, and long-term growth potential, empowering the young innovators to refine their execution and scale new heights.

    Reflecting on the success of the forum, the organizers shared: "We extend our deepest gratitude to our distinguished judges, speakers, and guests for their unwavering support. The vision and execution demonstrated by our next-gen founders are truly inspiring.
