A Leadership Evaluation Forum for Emerging Innovators

At New York University's Kimmel Center, the "Next-Gen Entrepreneurs: A Leadership Evaluation Forum for Emerging Innovators" gathered nearly 100 collegiate founders, investors, creators, and diverse industry elites. Co-hosted by the Women Empowerment & Leadership Alliance (WomenELA), the event served as a high-impact launchpad for ambitious new business ventures.
Five standout startup teams—led by bright talents from institutions like NYU and Columbia—took center stage to showcase ventures spanning artificial intelligence, digital media, wellness, and conscious retail. The projects received rigorous evaluations from two distinguished experts: Dr. Fang Miao, an authority in executive decision-making and human capital development, and Prof. Panos Ipeirotis, an expert in AI, platform economics, and technology from the NYU Stern School of Business.
At its core, WomenELA is dedicated to helping more young people and women achieve their entrepreneurial dreams and comprehensively elevate their industry influence. Through gatherings like this, the alliance provides rising founders with the resources, visibility, and backing needed to build successful enterprises.
