Dr. Fang Miao is a New York–based executive coach, leadership strategist, and entrepreneur whose work focuses on helping individuals step into leadership with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

She is the creator of Meta-Cognitive Root Awareness (MCRA), a leadership development methodology designed to help executives, founders, and emerging leaders strengthen decision-making, build resilience, and break through the internal patterns that often hold people back from reaching their full potential.

Over the years, Dr. Miao has worked with executives, business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries, helping them navigate major career transitions, strengthen leadership capabilities, and make critical personal and professional decisions with greater confidence. She has also been invited to speak at leading global institutions and top universities on leadership development, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

Through years of working closely with ambitious women, Dr. Miao recognized that many talented female leaders and entrepreneurs often lack access to mentorship, strategic networks, and platforms that help accelerate their growth. This inspired her to establish the Women Empowerment & Leadership Alliance (WomenELA), a platform dedicated to supporting women in leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional development.

Through WomenELA, she brings together founders, investors, executives, and emerging leaders to create meaningful opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and growth. Her mission is to help more women build successful careers and businesses while becoming confident leaders and role models for future generations.

Dr. Miao believes leadership is not defined by titles, but by the ability to create opportunities, inspire others, and leave a lasting impact.
